Srinagar, Feb 21 (KNO) : Strongly condemning the brutal murder of elderly Syed Habibullah of Soibugh, Budgam at the hands of government forces, Chairman Islamic Political Party (IPP) & Senior Hurriyat leader Muhammad Yousuf Naqash has said that under the grab of unbridled powers and impunity these forces are slaughtering innocent and unarmed people in Kashmir on day-to-day basis. To condole the sad demise with the bereaved family of Syed Habibullah a high level delegation of IPP led by its chairman Muhammad Yousuf Naqash accompanied by party leaders including Showkat Ahmad Khan, Mohammad Ayub Dar, Nazir Ahmad Bhat and Sajad Ahmad Lone Wednesday visited Soibugh Budgam and expressed sympathies with kith and kins of the slain person.

Speaking on the occasion,Statement issues to Kashmir News Observer (KNO) Naqash said Syed Habibullah who was killed by the forces due to their unbridled powers and impunity exhibits that even mentally-challenged persons are too not are spared in Kashmir. He said the huge deployment of forces everywhere in Kashmir war crimes and worst form of human rights violations are being committed, adding, almost every day Valley witnesses killing of young boys, men and women including Breastfeeding mothers.

Naqash appealed world organizations to break their silence and use their influence to stop the bloodshed in Kashmir, adding, peace won’t prevail in Kashmir until Government of India takes serious steps to resolve the issue as per the aspirations of the people of Jammu Kashmir.(KNO)
